Description
Start your walking tour on the Red Square, the biggest square in Europe. In winter it is especially beautiful, covered with snow and surrounded by illuminated GUM, Kremlin wall and State Historical Museum.

After taking photos, we'll go to the metro and discover the most beautiful stations, it will take about 1 hour. Feel free to take photos of architecture and people there, lots of travelers say it is one of the most authentic places in Moscow, because there you can see everyday life of citizens and at the same time - impressive sweep of Soviet-made stations.

The next spot is the Novodevichy Convent and Cemetery, which is mentioned as a UNESCO World Heritage site. It was a fortress and a monastery in one, and was built in unique architectural style, which you will not find anywhere else. Cemetery is famous for outstanding personalities who are buried there: Gogol, Bulgakov, Chekhov, Eltsin and more.

Then we'll take a cab and proceed to the Gorky Park - cozy, bright and always lively. There you can enjoy walking through the illuminated alleys or take a ride on hired ice skates. Ice skating is the most popular entertainment in Moscow, in Soviet time it was a great opportunity to meet new friends or find true love.

We'll end the tour at the cafe on the territory of the Gorky Park, where (if you wish) you'll be able to try borsch soup and a shot of vodka.

This tour was perfect, so much so I booked for the following day as soon as I got back to my hotel. Katya was bright, informative, attentive and very knowledgeable. I could not have asked for better. Highly recommend, especially for solo female travellers, I have had just the best couple of days

This was fantastic in every respect! I had arrived in Moscow in the very very early hours of the morning and had very little sleep, so I was eager to explore the city. This tour was an amazing way to see the city in Winter. Katya was enthusiastic, well-informed and very relaxed. People have said that these tours are like walking around the city with a friend, and it is very true. I knew Katya for 2 seconds and we were instantly chatting and at ease. With Moscow lit up in Winter, this is a great way to see the city!

This tour was a really good collection of all things Moscow. The tour guide was really great, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and flexible. I originally booked the tour for just myself, but had other coworkers who wanted to join at the last minute. She said no problem and it was that much more fun!
