Excellent tour of Westminster Abbey, the tour guide offered an extensive background and history of the Abbey. Unfortunately, the House of Parliament was closed. However, I believe doing both tours would have been a bit much for my group.

Very informative. Mark, our guide, was knowledgeable, easy to understand and did a great job. I can recommend this tour to anyone wishing to see and know more about Westminster Abbey.

We had a great tour. Marian was friendly and informative. She had a nice loud voice and was always conscious to have everyone come close so we could hear.

Our guide, Marion, did an excellent job providing history and background on the Abbey. She expertly guided us from one point of interest to the next. She was also happy to answer questions on other points of interest and even directions. The audio tour of Parliament provided as little or much info as you want.

Our tour guide was super knowledgeable and very personable. She made everything come alive and I enjoyed the sites so much more than I would have on my own. I highly recommend this!

This store was my sons favorite part of our vacation. The tour hit everything that you want to see at a very good pace. A must see when you go to London.

Enjoyed the tour inside the Abbey. A lot to see and learn. Very good and experienced tour guide. Only a very brief explanation of the Houses of Parliament.

The guide was great. I gave this a low score because the Abbey was closed the day we booked the tour (we were only told that "due to restrictions on the monuments" we were to meet 45 minuted later) and instead of seeing the inside, we "toured" the outside! It was freezing cold. The only reason I hung in there was because my tour also included the Houses of Parliament (indoors thankfully). I thought the guide was going to accompany us here as well, but turns out it was an audio tour. A little disappointing, however, I really enjoyed this tour. I had never been inside Parliament before.

Good tour - thought we would see more.

You are required to meet at Abbey Store that does not open until 9:30. Rained all morning and got soaked. By the time we got into the Abbey, it was very crowded and groups were muddled in the church and given much too long narration. It took so long that I skipped out on the Parliament tour. It was a bit disappointing. The tour guide was impressed with her own knowledge and did not read her audience who were bored and impatient
