Bring out your inner Italian nonna with a pasta making class at Cookery School! Over five hours, you will learn to how to make pasta from scratch, use a pasta machine and make, shape and use fresh pasta. You will also learn to make the lightest potato gnocchi and ricotta gnocchi, plus a fantastic risotto.
On arrival you will be welcomed with a Cookery School breakfast and at the end of the class you will enjoy your Italian feast with a glass or two of organic wine. You'll walk away with pasta recipes to re-create at home, as well as new skills to share with friends and family.
