Aug 2019

I booked the 48 hours package for my whole family that has a teen and 2 young children. we all had a wonderful time exploring London.
it was confusing in the beginning to find which bus to take but after I asked I knew that we should take THE ORIGINAL BUS.
The bus driver Junior on the royal blue route was very very knowledgeable and he explained to me all the details including the times of each bus route which wasn't clear/right on the map.
I would recommend this especially for first time visitors. and I will definitely book it again in my next visit to london

Jan 2017

Great way to get to know the city!!

May 2016

The tour itself was very good and worth doing however there was problem after problem trying to get my viator tour tickets redeemed. Not sure I'll use them again...

Jul 2018

Initially we had difficulty find omg the bus but over a great to to see the highlights of London!

Our ticket includes and boat ride on Thames and a walking tour. All great!

As a combo... great value!

May 2016

Employees were helpful at appointed stops. Not only did they share directions, but offered time saving advice for different sites.

Dec 2018

It was confusing to use tickets for London City tour for the first time. Once you have your ticket you can use the buses for The Original Tour. The Original Tour bus drivers and visitors center was super helpful for the London City tours when they didn’t have to be since it wasn’t there tickets. Book through the Original tour, same tour but more buses and better customer service.

Jun 2016

Buses were not as frequent as expected.

Oct 2016

The poor cousin to the two big Hop On and Off operators - Big Bus Tours brown and yellow and the Original Tour similar colours to London City Tours unfortunately, There are far fewer access points. They are further apart than the more popular, and rarely are there representatives at those points compared to the other two companies. Signage to help customers identify where to hop on is poor. We waited along with six other clients for almost an hour at Buckingham Palace. I called to ask where our bus was. Suddenly a representative showed up. I was on my way to Westminster Abbey and due to the delay only had 90 minutes for my visit.

Aug 2016

Unfortunately we wasted so much time looking for the stop,to get on the London City hop on hop off. We couldn't find the stop at the Marble Arch stop and we told that it was several blocks away from everything else. We ended up just buying ticket for the Big Bus hop on hop off. It has many more buses running. Unfortaely we were unable to find any place to redeem our voucher. Would not recommend
