We had a horrible two-hour wait through passport control at the airport and our driver patiently waited for us, while contacting us to let us know she wouldn't leave us. After a long flight and long wait at the airport it was comforting to see a sign with our name on it ready to pick us up! Since we were late for our pick up, we were also late for our scheduled night tour. Once again our driver worked with us to ensure we met our tour guide in a more convenient location so that we wouldn't waste any more time. I highly recommend this company.

This was my second trip with ATN and would not consider any other company. The lady who I dealt with was also the person who was my driver this time. Rather than a lot of words suffice it to say they are very professional and accommodating. I cant thank them enough for their service.
On time pickup, despite passenger delay clearing customs/immigration through Heathrow maze. Very courteous and professional driver. Took us where we needed to go through SLOW rush hour traffic into London. Only quibble was the price. Viator needs to look at more competitive pricing for this type of service. Too much competition for the same service.

I wouldn't use this transfer service again. We were told to wait in front of the W. H. Smith store at Heathrow, and we did. We were actually there ten minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. We waited an hour, at the end of which the driver approached us and told us he had been waiting there for an hour. They had my mobile phone number, but no one called to find us where we were we, on the other hand, did not have a number for the office. On the way to the parking lot he called the office. After we were on the road, the office called the driver, who handed me the phone: because we were an hour late, the driver was to charge us 8 pounds more for the wait. What were we to do? Ask him to drop us off in the middle of the highway? I am visually impaired legally blind, can see some, but focusing is a problem and my pupils do not dilate and need some assistance. I was carrying a white cane with me. I can't say the driver was any more helpful because of my disability. The return drop-off was no more courteous than the first one. It is difficult to tip a person whose only contribution to your trip is to do exactly what he is supposed to do and not a pence more.
