Jennifer, our tour guide, was funny and informative. It was a great way to see so many buildings and famous landmarks in a short amount of time with no walking! It was one of our favorite things we did while in London.
The river cruise when we eventually got on it because the tickets bought through viator were fake was really good. Saw some of the great buildings London has to offer. Just before boarding the boat they scanned out tickets for them to go away and comeback and tell us that the tickets were fake, we got informed that we were not the first people this has happened too with viator. After a bit of persuasion they decided to let us on the boat! Great attraction but don’t use viator as the same may happen to you.
Vessels used are large and accommodate too many people. Overrated in terms of sights to be seen. Cruise really too short to get a good impression of London seen from the Thames river. About half of the passengers were primary school classes and the guide found it necessary to act and inform with the loud voice and act of a comical Disney figure. Better to separate classes and other passengers.
The London Eye did not allow us to get on the boat and we had to buy a brand new set if tickets. Viator refused to refund the money. Do not buy this tour through Viator - you will never get your money back and will not get on the boat.
