We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Chelsea Football Stadium. Our tour guide, James, was the best! He did a really good job of making sure that everyone felt welcome, whether they were Chelsea fans or not. Of course, the Chelsea Fans, were treated extra special, but that worked out even better for us. We were visiting London with our family and our oldest son is a HUGE Chelsea Fan. Our son said this tour was the highlight of his visit to London. Thank you, James!
Great way to tour the stadium if cannot get to watch actual match.
My son is a huge Chelsea FC fan and this was the highlight of his trip! Our tour had about 30 people in it and we were the only Americans! It was GREAT fun to meet people from all over the world and it really goes to show how popular Chelsea FC is world-wide. I highly recommend this tour!
I do not enjoy football,we went for my Two boys but I have to say that the information throughout the tour detailed not only things relating to the present players but also of the clubs past history, with interesting trivia and details on how the building and area around it has changed and adapted as the game has.The guide was very friendly and informative and I think the best parts for my sons were the chance to sit in the Chelsea dressing room and also sit in the seats closest to the pitch.A great day out and about 15ish pounds for a taxi to the grounds from Hammersmith Underground. This was worth it as on the day we arrived at Hammersmith the bus stops were packed!!! and it saves you the hassle of waiting.
If your a die hard Chelsea Football fan, this is a must. It was a great experience, plus free wifi!
This was a dream come true to get to see Chelsea FC. EXCELLENT tour!!!
This was an excellent tour, lots of information, and so much fun. It was awesome to experience sort of a day in the life of a Chelsea FC player. Great job!!
As Chelsea is our team this tour was a must and so easy to book from the comfort of our home. Loved that we had a human tour guide - lets you ask all the questions you want. We walked from our hotel at Marble Arch so saw lots of interesting things along the way.
It was a perfect introduction to Stanford Bridge for me. The Chelsea staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. The tour was well organized and fun.
Beware that this is a self-guided audio tour delievered by the CFC - not a live guide as described. The audio tour is fine, if this is what you are looking for: leaves whenever you like during opening times, detailed audio companion, brings you through both locker rooms, media room, history, etc. However, we were expecting a live guide with Evan Evans and were quite disappointed when we arrived to no tour guide. The phone representative was also not helpful. Save yourself the trouble and book directly with CFC when you arrive, no need to fuss with printing your tickets ahead of time and trying to find a tour company that has no physical presence. Live guided tours are provided only once or twice per day with CFC and cost more than the audio guide.
