Allan and John were wonderful!!! Such great guys! And the tour was amazing and so much fun. You learned about Harry Potter and about London and how beautifully they blended together!

Despite a big group and epic crowds, our tour guide managed our group really well, we could hear him at all times and he made sure everyone was included in the tour. Fun props and photo ops... he even encouraged us to abandons the scheduled tour when Prince Harry happened to drive by... twice!! He even gave us great general tour advice. Thank you Alan!

My daughter and I did the tour while in London and we loved it.
Our guide was knowledgeable and not only talked about Happy Potter, he showed us parts of the movies that were inspired by the landmarks we walked by. We recommend anyone to do it.
The only thing I had a little insecurity was on how to find the guide. Prior to the hour I didn’t see any signs to stand by and when I called in I couldn’t get much help. I am glad the guide was punctual and was able to find us!

We had an excellent tour with guide, Allen. It was a nice surprise that the tour included not just Harry Potter (as expected) but also some London history as well. Full of insider information and an easy route for a walking tour, our whole family had a great time.

Our guide knew a ton of information, and she was extremely enthusiastic about what she was telling us. The only problem was that she was late for the tour. We were requested to arrive 10 minutes early, and she didn't arrive until 10 minutes later.

not very exciting tour. we walked and took the tube through central london. main talking points of the guide was how to get on/off the tube. The ride on the thames that featured in the promotional video didn’t happen, neither the entrance to leaky cauldron. All in all quiet disappointing, but we did see a bit of London.

Anna , the tour guide was great , however we visit a couple of places and could only look at the outside which I think was disappointing for the children on the tour

Lucky to find the guide as she did not have anything visable to identify herself as a guide. She was softly spoken and hard to hear. The areas visited had a tenious link to Harry Potter. I have been on many tours where the content wasn't great but the humour of the guide made it worthwhile but unfortunately this wasn't the case for this tour.
She also made a big deal about crossing roads safely and then tried to rush us across a flashing green light which nearly resulted in a little boy being run over! I would recommend... an alternative tour!

Our tour guide was a no show. Tried reaching the company via phone and email but to no avail. No notice from thier company or communication whatsoever. Tried calling thier emergency #, no one answered thier phones. Horrible and no communication. 17 of us waited for our tour guide. Wasted out time and money. Use another company for sure. So disappointed all around.

Tour Guide didn’t show, no communication at all from Viator or Best Tours. Avoid at all costs, total waste of time and money.
