I was disappointed that there was a person talking over the microphone instead of being able to listen through the headphones. Also disappointed that the last bus left so early I would have preferred to tour around a few more hours but the last bus was at 4:30P. Overall the bus driver was friendly and the bus was clean and comfortable.
The first bus was fine the speakers worked all new equipment. But the Internet on the bus didn't work. The second bus we again sat on the top but even though we tried a number of connections none worked.
The buses move so slowly because of the traffic that it would have been faster to walk!
Kidzania was AMAZING but warning: the bus doesn't run to the bus stop near Kidzania throughout the day. This was not communicated at any point in the transaction, and cost us valuable site seeing time that we expected to have on the bus. Due to this extreme in convenience, we had barely any time left to use the bus we asked customer service if we could have a pass for another day, since we were not able to use it either of the 2 days we paid for, and they said no. While each activity alone is good, I do not recommend trying to combine these two activities, which is why I'm giving 1 star.
