Well worth visiting to gain some insight into what life must have been like for sailors on a WW2 warship. Great to be allowed access to most areas of the ship, and to be left to explore freely. Highly recommended for families with teenage children.
I took my daughter and two grandchildren aged 9 and 7. We all loved it. There was so much to fascinate, amaze and learn from. We especially liked the figures which were so lifelike they were almost spooky. It was so interesting having people on hand, some of whom had served on the HMS Belfast, to talk to and ask questions of. They all seemed very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Wonderful day out.
Expect rating would have been higher but did not actually set foot on the vessel nWas able to view this ship from the banks of the Thames. Looks like it would have been an interesting tour on board.
