This was fun because I got to see London for my first time so it was cool to see it from atop a open air double decker bus!!

I called to confirm the departure location and was told it would be at Victoria Coach Station. There was no one there from the tour company. There were buses for other tour companies on the street, but not Golden. Time running out, I called again and talked to same person who then guided me across the busy street up long stairs and down a hallway to Golden Tours. They were closed. We were exhausted. Then, ahead in a dark passageway was the bus. There were no more outside seats so we sat undercover. The windows were so dirty you could not take photos. We drove the route quickly. The guide would point out good photo ops but the bus never slowed enough to give you a view.

Left hotel with plenty of time, however the tubes were not displaying correct info causing a lot of confusion. Got off at Victoria Station but couldnt find 4 Fountain Square as shown on directions. No-one knew where it was. Missed it altogether. Allow loads of time to find it if new to London.
