Missed our connecting flight from Helsinki but contact Viator and they were most accommodating. Caught a taxi from airport and met up with tour group. The Warner Bros. Studio Tour exceeded expectations and truly was a magical place. Highly recommended for any Harry Potter fan and any one who enjoys magic. Thank you for the experience.
A must for Harry Potter fans.
A long drive to the studio, but I we worth it, when we got there.
Great to se the studio, and all the Harry Potter stuff.
I would really recommend the tour.
I am not a huge Harry Potter fan but have family and friends that I was traveling with that are. I was mesmerized with this tour and the background to making the movie series. From the magnitude and detail of the models to walking through the stage sets. It was an all day affair that all of us enjoyed thoroughly. I highly recommend it to everyone !
My husband and I just went to this and it was so amazing!! All the detail and thought that went behind every room, place and outfit for Harry Potter is truly amazing.
It is a must see for any Harry Potter fans. I am very glad I made tue time to spend the afternoon there.
gave us 3 hours to explore a 4-5hours worth of tour - pls improve on that. People came from far and paid a lot.
The actual studio tour is outrageous and anyone even slightly interested should go.
This 'tour' consists of a bus ride to and from the studio. Our bus was late and the bus depot wasn't really conducive to long lines of people standing around. It could have been organized better, but it did get us to and from the studio tour. I'd recommend just taking the train to Watford instead. There's a bus that takes you to and from the tour from the train station for free.
Good staff at Golden tours, amazing Warner bros studios but timing too just. There is only realy 3 hours on Warner bros site because there is a time bus return determined. If you remove1h30 bus to go in the morning and 1h15 to return, and if you plan to eat at the studios, you enjoy max 3 hours. It was ok for us but if you are realy a Pooter fan, 4 ours in the studio before return should be better.
My family arrived at the station to find that the bus was broken down and that a mechanic was on the way. The company allowed everyone free tea or coffee while we waited, which was about 40-45 minutes. The ride to the studio was pleasant and the exhibit was fantastic. However, when we met back at the bus we were left to wait in the chilly rain for an hour! My husband called the company, to no avail. The bus that finally picked us up an hour late had been parked within our view the entire time we waited. We could not understand why we were left waiting when our bus was already there. We were wet, cold, and very hungry by the time we returned to London at 9pm.
My mother fell and badly hurt her head in front of Victoria station walking to the destination point. She had to go to the hospital. I called to explain and couldn’t get a refund or a credit or a reschedule. My kids were very disappointed.
