Guide was great and opportunity for the early entry to the Tower and Crown Jewels makes it perfect.

Great tour. Nice to get into the tower early and see the key ceremony. The beefeaters were fun and our tour guide April was full of energy. We were able to see the crown jewels and the white tower without any crowds. The tower bridge was interesting and fun to be able to walk across the top of the bridge. After the bridge we walked along the Thames, had lunch on the water and walked to Burough Market. It was a great morning/afternoon.
The meeting place is a little bit odd. We took a taxi to the Tower and had a little bit of a hard time finding our tour guide at the tube stop mentioned. Other than that I would recomend this tour.

We thought this was the best tour we did all week. Saw the opening of the tower, had a great tour guide and the Tower Bridge was awesome!!

Liked seeing the opening ceremony and seeing the jewels before the crowds got in. It was worth the early start. Not quite long enough in the Tower area itself, and no same day re-entry allowed. The Tower Bridge was fun to go up and see out the glass floor and learn about its construction. Then down to the internal workings- still going strong after all these years.Good tour.

For the most part it was an awesome tour with a knowledgable tour guide. We took a break which was nice but a little too lengthy. But we saw everything advertised and had a alot of fun.

Good and knowledgeable guide that made sure we saw all the highlights, and understand the history of the tower. The access to the Tower Bridge observation decks was a surprise and fun experience for our family.

This was great. Definitely good to be there for the opening as it gets you in before everyone else. There was no waiting for anything. We were doing Tower Bridge as well so were a bit rushed at the Tower. Not the guides fault though the Tower opened late that day as someone important was visiting. Jess the guide was very knowledgable and enthusiastic.

So glad we booked this tour! We had a fantastic time on this fun and informative morning. Wish we could have spent the entire day with Alex our guide. He was very engaging and knowledgeable.

This was a total waste of money!!!! The marketing information is false. Our tour guide left us behind at the Crown Jewels and I wasted 15 minutes looking for our tour group. I finally decided to tour the tower myself when I noticed someone in our group and found the meeting location. Never once was a headcount conducted to ensure all parties were present and accounted for. I would have rather gotten in the queue early and toured with a Beefeater which had been much more interesting since the opening ceremony was useless. The overview on viator's website states ...being led on a thrilling walking tour over the Tower Bridge... There was nothing thrilling about taking the short walk down the street following the tour guide to the Tower Bridge. The tour information also states Before entering the Tower Bridge Exhibition for a self-guided tour, your expert local guide will accompany the tour group to a secret location to take the best picture of the City of London and give an incredible captivating detailed narration on the Tower Bridge including the story of its important past and its remarkable connection to British history. I asked my tour guide about this secret location and she had no clue what I was talking about and no detailed narration on the Tower Bridge was provided. We were escorted to the bridge from the Tower of London, waited outside while the tour guide went to get the entrance tickets which she provided to us and left. At that point, she was done with tour and we were left to our own.
